Set out and track
Top and bottom track are set out to the plan and checked against the ceiling and services.
Frame and line
Studs, insulation and board or glazing go in, with acoustic sealing at the perimeter where specified.
Finish and hand back
Joints are set and sanded paint-ready, the site cleaned, and the floor handed back on programme.

Can the partitions be moved later if the business grows?

Yes. Many of the systems we install are demountable or easy to modify, so we can build that flexibility in from the start.

How do partitions handle the humidity?

We use quality materials and moisture-resistant board where needed. Being based here, we know how salt air and humidity affect internal structures and build for it.

Do I need council approval for new partitions?

It depends on the scale of the fit out and the building classification. We can guide you through the local requirements and make sure everything is built to code.
